La réservation en ligne c’est parfait. Tous les bénévoles sont très gentils et respectueux. Le sous-sol où je suis allé était bien organisé. Je suis une personne avec douleurs et limitations chroniques. Si c’était possible d’avoir un(e) bénévole pour aider à monter les sacs jusqu’à la porte, cela serait grandement aidant et apprécié. Merci beaucoup pour tout!
