OUR FREE FOOD BASKETS

Thanks to the diversity of our 50 partner merchants, our free food baskets are made up of fruit and vegetables, bread and a wide variety of rich products. Healthy eating means better health.

The eminent Dr. Julie St-Pierre talks about Partage & Solidarité in Redonner la santé à toute la famille, published by Edito in March 21. "This kind of initiative should be replicated everywhere," she emphasizes.

How to receive a food basket

Our food baskets are for everyone. They are available free of charge, without requesting proof or documents. All you have to do is choose the counter and the time slot that suits you, and show up with your bags on the key date.

We currently have 6 free food counters available. See the list below and learn how to book your free food basket at Partage & Solidarité.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Partage & Solidarité comes to your neighbourhood every week to offer you free food. Our primary mission is to fight against food waste; so we distribute what we collect from stores. We don't buy it. Our volunteers sort the food & offer it to you for free willingly without requesting proof or limiting attendance.

Despite our vigilance, lesser quality products sometimes inadvertently slip into your baskets. If such an incident occurs, please forgive us & leave them behind.

IMPORTANT:
At home, you have the responsibility to:
- clean your fruits & vegetables
- put the bread in the oven before eating it
- look, smell and taste each product before consuming it, because it is food from food recovery

Any beneficiary at Partage & Solidarité understands, approves & signs the commitment above .

Very important, if you can no longer attend:

Out of respect for the entire Partage & Solidarité team and for all those who could benefit from food aid, it is essential that you cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend your basket pick-up. To do so, please contact us directly at info@partageetsolidarite.com to notify us of your absence. info@partageetsolidarite.com pour nous aviser de votre absence.
